  • Developed to gently divide highly hydrated bread (60-90 % water content)
  • This larger machine is the “big bother” of the Mini for greater production of a variety of breads
  • Dough is loaded onto a belt, where it passes through a set of adjustable rotary cutters. It is then guillotined to desired lengths with a straight or angled cut
  • The operator manually picks up the dough from the belt after cutting
  • Great for ciabatta, baguettes, small sandwich breads, rolls, and pointed breads
