Dough is loaded onto a belt, where it passes through a set of adjustable rotary cutters. It is then guillotined to desired lengths with a straight or angled cut
The operator manually picks up the dough from the belt after cutting
Great for ciabatta, baguettes, small sandwich breads, rolls, and pointed breads
