Merand

Merand has been manufacturing specialized bakery equipment in Brittany, France, since 1954. A family-owned operation, they aim to optimize dough processing. Their first machine, a moulder, revolutionized a task once-laborious manual task. Since then, they have also branched into the conception, production, and commercialization of rounders, dividers, and intermediate proofers. Their team of qualified individuals passes their expertise onto the everyday baker, and equips them with the proper solutions to any obstacle.
