So what exactly can a dough press do for you? There are two main types of dough and butter presses: automatic and semi-automatic. Below is a basic overview of the two.
Automatic Dough Press
These machines press doughs and fats into blocks, ready to be rolled, thus reducing processing times. It’s a hydraulic machine, with one cylinder for pressing. Button for the cleaning of the basin. Control panel that allows adjustment of pressing time.
Work cycle:
- insert product into the basin
- set the operating time (pressing)
- close the cover
- he machine presses automatically;
- automatic cover opening
- remove the block of dough formed.
Semi-automatic Dough Press:
These machines press doughs and fats into blocks, ready to be rolled, thus reducing processing times. Hydraulic machine, with one cylinder for pressing. All functions are carried out using a joystick, which allows the pressing and the descent.
Work cycle:
- insert the product into the basin
- close the cover
- press using the joystick
- open the cover manually
- remove the block of dough formed
