Commercial bread slicing machine for bakery products

Bakery slicing machine with durable band knives.

Capable of slicing up to 2000 loaves of bread per hour with a standard slice thickness of ~0.43 inches. Other thickness, such as 0.5 and 0.6 inches, available on specific customer request. Maintenance of constant slice width ensures proper guidance of the knives.

The machine is equipped with durable band knives that can be easily replaced. Slicer available individually OR to be combined with bagging and clipping station. Product feeding is provided by upper-, bottom-, and side belts adjustable by handwheel. The speed of feeding belts is controlled by the inverter. Slicer is equipped with a synchronization system providing organized sliding of loaves which move one by one directly to the bagging section.
