Reduced equipment footprint opens up new possibilities for small spaces, including the option for a proofer or proofer/retarder base. The oven is designed for 24/7 production, based on the experience from our earlier 700 series. It’s the most flexible choice for a diversified bakery assortments, and can bake everything without adjustments. A multiple-alarm system allows for up to four different products to bake at once.
Self-instructive and angled GIAC touch control panel provides for simple handling, as does the sliding door, which reduces the risk for burn injuries.
