  • In the machine TXA-MAN “mini-top” after unloading the plastic bins on the Belt, the machine divides and cuts a variety of breads, as programmed
  • After the pieces have been cut, pieces are guided through different variable rails and later unload into corrugated, flat trays or boards, helping manually to get a perfect panning
  • Functions are controlled through “Automation”, which allows to program different types of bread
  • It has an end dough warning (when operated by one person)
