The Merand Armor moulder is perfect for traditional and pointed end baguettes moulding since they don’t cause dough warm-up. Thanks to its 5 pre-lamination rolls, the Armor I moulder can produce 2000 dough pieces/hour for approximately 16 hours/day. Its dough pieces calibration during the first moulding and a long elongation belt allows great elongation.
